A floating, unencumbered rhythmic process, pitch shadings that free fall into a soft focus, quietly intense and always evolving. Also our friend (and no slouch as a master modern composer himself) Fred Lonberg-Holm saw it's premier with the New York Philharmonic back in the day and ranks it as one his favorite symphonic works of all time.
