Guji Highland Natural

$ 20.00
Situated in Oromia near the town of Shakisso, the Guji Highland reaches elevations exceeding 2000 masl, peacefully nestled within what is often described as a cloud forest. Coffees cherries are dried whole on raised beds and carefully monitored for 21 days, after which they are stripped of their fruit and washed clean. The result is an elegantly fruit-forward coffee with the juiciness of nectarines and blueberries and the effervescent finish of honey blossom and champagne.
